Week 6 Student-Athlete of the Week: Coffee’s Dickson Petifrere

Dickson Petifrere, a senior defensive back and linebacker at Coffee, has been named the scoutSMART Student-Athlete of the Week. Petifrere carries a 3.95 GPA and, through five games, has recorded 39 total tackles (28 solo, 11 assists) along with five tackles for loss. “Dickson is one of the hardest working young men I’ve ever coached,” said assistant coach Alex Lehky, the team’s recruiting coordinator. “He takes the ‘student’ role of ‘student-athlete’ very seriously and is a leader on and off the field. His ability on the field is a result of his outstanding commitment to his teammates, his school and his community. Dickson sets a great daily example for everyone around him of what it means to be a great student, a great athlete, and a great young man.”
